To Link Your Kroger Card to PetPromise:
1. Visit krogercommunityrewards.com.
2. Click on Ohio (or Michigan).
3. Click on Enroll (under the participant heading).
4. Click on Sign-Up Today (in the new customer box on the right side of the page).
5. Enter your zip code, find the store you shop at most and click Select, enter your e-mail address, create a password and click Confirm.
6. Check your info to make sure it's correct; click "I have read the terms and agree to the conditions."
7. You will then get an e-mail from Kroger; click on the link within the body of the e-mail.
8. Click on My Account and login with your e-mail address and the password you created.
9. Click on Edit Community Rewards Information, input your Kroger Plus card number and click Save Changes.
10. Update or confirm your information.
11. Enter PetPromise in the Search for Organization box, click next to PetPromise when our name and contact info pops up and click Confirm.

To Re-Enroll in the Program (must be done every year starting on April 1st or PetPromise will no longer benefit from your purchases):
1. Visit krogercommunityrewards.com
2. Click on Already Enrolled.
3. Sign-in using your e-mail address and the password you created when you originally enrolled (you can request that Kroger e-mail your password to you if you forgot it).
4. Click on Edit Community Rewards Program Info towards the bottom on the page.
5. Enter PetPromise in the Search for Organization box, click next to PetPromise when our name and contact info pops up and click Save Changes.
